Hi, I am Eugene Spyy.

I’m a photographer located in the DMV area. Taking photos of people has always been a passion of mine since I was a Child until I managed to buy my first camera in 2016 from my really good pal, Paa Kwesi Yanful (@kwesithethird), who inspired me and served as my mentor both in photography world and in real life. Before that time, I was using my cellphone in taken photos.

In all honesty, nothing is more satisfying than someone entrusting you with recording a moment for them which is going to stuck with them for the rest of their life and for other generations to remember them upon these memories (Photos).

One of my most fulfilling moments in photography is when I get to meet and communicate with clients, listening to their stories about What they are looking for, how they want it to be done, and getting to feel what clients feels when talking to you about a photography job. Each client have a unique story to tell and been able to be in the story with them and get to feel what they are feeling at that moment in time is truly something unique.

My photographs are created with emotions. The emotions I experienced with clients fuels my creativity, skills, and strength in making photographs.

In my free time, I am either taking photos, watching movies or hanging out with family and friends.
